Today was the first day back at work and a relative return to what passes as normalcy... early hours, eating throughout the day and the potential for BIG gorging sessions after school. It's going to take a little time becoming re acclimated with the sleep and eating schedule... Here how my day went:
Breakfast--Between 4:30-8:35 a.m.I can already see that I need to try and add more for breakfast and greatly rdcue (or maximize the quality of) calories taken in after 3:00 p.m. This was also a "recovery day" as far as my running was concerned, the start of work which will also complicate the tiems I can get out of the house. The positive thing is that none of the concerns are new, and can be addressed via the exertion of a degree of discipline.
