Once again this morning, my ankles were very achy, and this discomfort gave me pause to reconsider whether or not I should go for a run. As is usually the case, I had planned out a course last evening before bed and laid out my clothes in anticipation of this morning’s cold weather, so, logistically speaking, all systems were a “go”. The achiness is frustrating, especially given how ell I felt yesterday, but like many folks, I suspect, this is just part of how things go in the morning... as the day goes forward and I move around a bit I generally feel closer to fine.
In a reversal of yesterday, this morning my pace was as unintentionally slow as I felt, and I found myself laboring to finish the route. On the plus side, I did finish the entire route as loosely planned and I processed this as a success of sorts--during the run, I considered cutting it short... but persevered nonetheless!
Embrassez votre été invincible!
