Windy

Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment
Everyone knows it's Windy

And Windy has stor-my eyes
That flash at the sound of lies
And Windy has wings to fly
Above the clouds (above the clouds)
Above the clouds (above the clouds)

For the first time in a few "running trips" (as my wife refers to them) I find myself coming home with some serious pain in my left anterior knee... ouch! It doesn't feel like something just a bag of frozen Birdseye String beans will fix, but I reckon I'll give it a try. If nothing else, the memory of the Association's classic tune (lyrics above) will bring a smile to my mug for a moment.

It was fantastic (if not painful) early evening to run as the wind and elements And Fall were in full effect... HUZZAH!
