Due to some bizarre compu-snafu with my primary PC at home, I have been unable to update by blog since leaving work last Friday. Though unable to post to my blog, I have nonetheless continued to train and run (believe it or not!).

Weather: Partly Cloudy, 26°F, 66% Humidity, Wind: From WSW @ 8 mph; feels like 18°F.
Pace: 6:30 min./mi.
Course: The very ritzy Pittsford, NY!
