Course: Yet another meandering route through the streets and sidewalks of my thawing city neighborhood.
Christmas isn't over yet, and the rest of our lives have not been put on hold. This morning both my stepson and wife will be traveling to one of the outlying colleges for a swim meet he will be competing in, my son is attending a wedding with his mother, and I have track practice in a few hours. Additionally, my brother-in-law will be in town today so that we can celebrate Christmas with he and his family (wife and daughter).
On top of all those wonderful events (the swim meet and wedding of which will not be attending), I am going to squeeze in a personal training run prior to leaving fr practice... the good news is that I don't need to shower and shave after running because my next destination is... "coaching" running!
