From the morning, past the evening,
Till the end of the light."
Having gone the esoteric-route for my Music Monday selections the past few weeks, I thought I'd come back around to the (relative) mainstream this week choosing to share the tune "Brimful of Asha" by British indie-band Cornershop. This particular song is from their (excellent) first studio album, When I Was Born For the Seventh Time (1997) and remains one of the two or three Cds I always have with me in my car. The mix of the song presented here is not the same as that which appeared on the original record (which I thoroughly enjoy), but it does capture the sense of ethereal bounciness of the original.
This tune strikes me as a kind of miniature rhythmic rainbow to be let loose on a gloomy day.
Breath in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!

Hi Scotty,
Great song choice. My father loves this song, he plays this a lot that's why I've gotten to love it as well.
Happy Monday! ^_^
