I, like most people I bet, simply eat to "eat," with little awareness of what and how much is being jammed in my, their, our pie holes.
I also managed to stick to my plan, in terms of distances if not paces--which I did not compete as successfully, but it will come in time. Here is what went down:
Monday--Wednesday: RestI also managed to go for a short bicycle ride to the movies this weekend, and due to not feeling well Sunday, getting some additional rest, too.
Thursday: Key Run #1 4.7 miles
Friday: Key Run #2 10.3 miles
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Key Run #3 15.2 miles
TOTAL MILEAGE: R 30.2 miles (-2.3 miles from the previous week)
Weigh-In*: 190.5lbs. (same as the previous week) [* @ 5:30 a.m. on 3/23/09]
Breathe in, breathe out… YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
