In the interest of being honest with my strike-outs above, I went out this morning with the intention of completing the first of "Coach Potato to 10k in 20 weeks" workout plan, a goal I was well on my way to successfully meeting, when I had to go the bathroom VERY badly. Living in the city (and with no construction sites in the area) I had little choice but to high-tail it home... a far better alternative than getting arrested or traumatizing some other person out for a morning walk. At nay rate, the elements of the workout that I did complete went well, and were by no means "easy," so, assuming my legs feels up to it tomorrow, I will give it a go again as I continue the looooong road back to some level of physical fitness--the "running way."
