Another walk-run-walk workout, this one (walk 5, run 10, walk 2, run 8, walk 5) was noticeably more challenging than the previous, especially with the shorter recovery time between runs. While the rigor did prompt me to keep closer attention to my form so that I might best maximize my stride, breathing and arm swing, I did find myself distracted by the necessity of checking my watch to identify when to transition back and forth.8/6/11
