Walk-Run-Walk: 4.7 miles @ 6:45 a.m.

Plan: 5 minute walk, 25 minute jog, 5 min. walk
Actual time: 50:00 min.
Cumulative Pace: 10:38 min/mile
Run Pace: 3.2 miles in 25 min., pace of 7:54 per mile
Weather: Fair, 64°F, 85% Humidity, Winds: SW @ 6 mph; feels like 64°F.

This morning I increased the "Run" to twenty-five minutes non-stop, the first time I have run this far without stopping in a quite a while. I actually felt pretty strong, though there is clearly plenty of room for improvement. Given that the increased duration of the run, perhaps I should be labeling these workouts as simply "Run" rather than the (overly?) specific "Walk-Run-Walk"? Does putting it out there as "running" for 25 minutes sound "better" that walking and running for 50?
