How did I feel? Alright!

Last night my family and I went to see the new Planet of the Apes movie, an occasion at which I hat (for the first time in a while) a medium popcorn, without butter, with my wife. The previous evening, for the first time in about six weeks, I had a glass of wine before ere tiring for the evening. I mention these incidentals only to suggest possible reason why, this morning, before going for a run, both of my knees were very achy for the first time in many moons.

Once again, given the twenty-five minutes expected of me in my training plan, I covered nearly the exact same distance (3.1 miles) for the third consecutive run. This morning before leaving the house I mapped out a rough course on the USATF website in an effort to insure I ran at least a slight bit further, if for no other reason, than that I needed to break that distance for psychological reasons. Unbelievably, despite this additional planning, I was still consistently consistent. Tomorrow I have the same plan, but feel that I must either a) go longer and slower of b) go at a brisker pace... for both physical and motivational reasons I do not want to remain stuck in this rut.
