How did I feel? Alright.
Though not quite the LONG slow distance run I had hoped to accomplish today, as I fell about two miles short of my intended daily mileage, it as once again a step int he right direction. A few suggestions for next time (tomorrow?), when attempting a lsd, try to actually establish a s-l-o-w pace and bring along some gel or Gatorade rather than simply H2O. While there was a time in the not-too-distant-past where a sip of water every few miles was enough, but in its current state, this engine needs more fuel :)
