How did I feel? Better!
Following another relatively sweltering night of semi-restless sleep I woke up early today for my weekly long-ish run, something I wanted to accomplish before attending my son's cross-country team's pancake breakfast fundraiser at Applebee's in a few hours--mission accomplish, though I would have liked to have gone slightly further, the nine miles I did manage to comfortably churn out did give me the confidence I was looking for to know I will be able go futher in the future.
