Now that Fall is almost here, my official favorite season for running is upon us (or me, as it would be.) This means that despite the aches and pains, once fully recovered from the cold-flu thing that has been hanging with me for a few days, I will begin training for some late fall/early winter runs (and maybe one more duathlon!).
