Course: The Slow Comeback Seven route from USATF Map It!
Finished my first back-to-back weekend runs by putting together a seven mile run. The cool weather is definitely a help in lessening the ache in my knees. It doesn't hurt that the frosty lawns and cool sun make for beautiful scenery, too!
