Effort: 4 out of 5
How did I feel? Good!
Gear: Amphipod RunLite Trail Runner.
Foot-strike softly lands,
fallen leaves kiss ankles--"KAAWWWW!"
Crow shrieks approval.
Once again nearly a week has gone by since my most recent run, but I continue to keep hope alive by running when I can. I had initially intended to race at tomorrow's Out of Bounds Half Marathon (one of the most challenging courses I have the chance to finish), but with my inability to train properly and (more importantly) my wife's birthday celebration with her parent's I've had to adjust my weekend goals to actually getting out and running.

This morning was a beautiful one to run and enjoy the rising sun and changing leaves...

Breathe in, breathe out… YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
