6 mi. in :48:20 min. @ 9:30 a.m.

Heart Monitor Data: 751 cals, 88% MHR avg., 96% MHR max.

Weather Report: Fair, 80°F, 67% Humidity, Winds: SSW @ 7 mph; feels like 83°F.

This afternoon is my MRI so I went for a nice Tempo (85-95% MHR) run this morning before it becomes too hot. I took a varied course through the Flour City, down Main Street, past the War Memorial and Convention Center, by the coffee shop, and around the Arts district. During my run I rememeberd being at all these places in highschool, as a student who took regional transit through the city each day to school, and as a young(er) adult, riding my bicycle home from work late at night when the streets were empty... Although my run went well, but I had difficulty shaking the achiness...

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
