My Blog Plej Pledge to You!

Sinc As I have been particpating participating in the Blog Explosion Battle of the Blogs, and losing much more frekwintly frequently than winning, I have been wondering "why?" I know this blog is not fancee fancy or controversial or violent or racy or whatever, but I also hope it is not that boring. While pestering my wife Anne about this the other day, she suggested that maybe peopel people don't like this blog because my spelling is so bad.

Admittedly, I'm a terrible typist and am challenegd challenged by proofreading on the screen (as opposed to hard kopy copy), so with a degree of regualirty regularity, misspelling (I, would say "typos") make their way past the "Publish" button uncorrected.

My new plej pledge to you is to do my best to ketch catch any errors in advance so that you, my dear reeder reader, need not be troubled with the skrew screw-ups.

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!

People tend to like custome layouts and templates. That might be one issue. I really don't pay that much attention to spelling when I vote.

The sad irony is that I am an English Language Arts Teacher! Thanks for the suggestion... I've tried to tweak the Blogger template as much as possible without having to pay for anything... I'll keep doing what I can... please, come back again!

Okay, I'm going to try and leave a comment today...tried 4 times yesterday and once just before this as Mushy and even sent friends to try it. I'm trying Anonymous now.

Anyway...I do Blog Explosion challenges and don't have much success either. I have a "store bought" template and don't spell well and still don't win often.

I think I'll stop playing their silly games anyway, but if I do, vote for me and I'll do the same!

I got in a HUGE pissing contest with some spelling Nazis on another blog a few weeks ago. People take that stuff WAY to seriously. I mean, isn't that why we all have a spell checker on the pc? I'm so illiterate I have to copy and paste my longer comments to my outlook site so I can check the spelling. Don't want to look to stupid, but then sometimes It naturally comes out anyway, so there goes.

Thing is, it's got to take a special kind of stupidity, or maybe collaboration, to put up a sign like that. You've got to think they were smokin' weed, realized the possibilities, and went for it. Ether that or maybe English wasn't their lingua franka.
