Cycling (Trainer): 22 min. @ 8:30 a.m.

Waking up this morning, my body ached and as much as I would have preferred to stay in bed, I recognized that without the pumping of my legs and movement of spine stretching as I place my elbows on the handlebars, the ache would not diminish. Sure, stretching or yoga could address this, but I knew that the quickest end to the mean would be to saddle up on the stationary...

New year (almost), new terminology... as my training knowledge continues to grow and become more sophisticated, it only stands to reason that the language I use to document this will become more sophisticated. While riding this morning I was reading an older issue of Bicycling magazine and noticed that all along while calling what I'm doing riding a "stationary" cycling, I was actually using a "trainer." Boy, am I blue in the face!

Embrassez votre été invincible!
