Big Belly Weekly Weigh-In

In the past, when I have sought to manage my caloric intake, there have been fairly dramatic increases and decreases in my weight from week-to-week. Currently, I am employing a "steadier" approach involving a more consistent program of eating foods with those nutrients, in particular protein-rich foods, that should be of benefit to me as I punish my legs in anticipation of next month's marathon.

It also helps to avoid too many pieces of my personal :kryptonites": Doritos and ice cream... mmmmmmm--Ben & Jerry's...

I took advantage of the day off from work, and woke up about two hours later than usual this morning. Today, I weighed in at 7:00 a.m., logging a weight this week of 185 lbs., a second consecutive weekly loss of 1.5 lbs.
