It's been three days since I've gone for a run, and following the traditional impromptu treasure hunt for my running equipment, (this time it had been tossed into drying areas around my house following last Monday's runnin' in the rain), I set off into the night...
It felt good to be out, and with my watch also now "re-found" after having been MIA for a few days, I managed to clock myself moving at a leisurely pace with only some minor discomfort in my knees.
Coming up this weekend is my first snowshoe race (weather permitting)... well, in truth if it all plays out, it appears as though it will be my first time ever even wearing snowshoes, which I'm not sure shows the best level of preparation. Wait. In fact, I'm sure it's not... I have two pairs of snowshoes, one for hiking and one for racing, since last year, but thanks to global warming, I have yet had a chance to wear them.
Adio, wli nanawalmezi.

you lose alot of stuff...temporarily. you shouldn't get so mad about it. especially when someone is trying to help you.
correct, I do lose a lot of things and some things are more important than others... but none are more important than one's relationships... unfortunately sometimes its easier to rationally acknowledge this truth, than it is to live it in the moment. i'm working on it, though...
