Run: 5.8 miles in :47:43 @ 4:10 p.m.

Weather Report: Light Snow, 26°F, 78% Humidity, Winds: From W @ 15 mph; feels like 14°F.

Much cooler this afternoon, so a considerably more enjoyable run was to be had. As mush as I await the summer thaw, I've always enjoyed running in the cooler temps. Come to think of it, in the summer, more often than not, I run either early in the morning or late in the evening, when the temperature is between 60-70°F.

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!

When I was younger, I loved "copld weather" runs. That was when I lived in Mississippi and thought 20 degrees was hard core cold. Ha!

Now I am in my forties and prefer the stationary.

Keep flying
