Run: 6.9 miles in :56:11 @ 7:30 a.m.

Weather Report: Fair, 21°F, 73% Humidity, Winds: From SW @ 3 mph; feels like 13°F.

The air is still very unseasonable cold, but as sit here on the couch having a cup o' joe, I can distinctly make out the sounds of the birds in the front yard, so it must be Spring, right?

Fast forward to post-run: Once I began moving a little bit, the temperature began to rise in-step with my attitude and before I knew it, I was running a more comfortable environment and, even more delightfully, a brighter head space! Despite the cool air, Albert Camus' quote (a personal favorite) echos in my head as I reflect on a run warmly received:
In the depths of winter I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer.

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
