Run: 6.75 miles in :56:21 min. @ 5:10 a.m.

Weather Report: Fair, 71°F, 71% Humidity, Winds: From SSW @ 6 mph; feels like 71°F.

Pace: 8:17 min./per mile avg.

Anne and I were awakened this morning to the sound of our dog throwing up on our bed... BLECHH! While "plan" had been to get up and out early today for a run, Gracie's gagging, while effective in getting me lickety-split out of bed, was not quite the alarm I had anticipated!

Again, I went with the double Cho-Pat knee braces, and benefited from the slightly cooler temperatures. My legs were in a great deal of pain as I made my way down the driveway and to the streets, but it only took about a half-mile for me to be seduced by the good vibrations in my legs into believing I could run forever...if only.

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
