Run: 2.5 miles in :17:47 min. @ 7:30 p.m.

Weather: Cloudy, 35°F, 66% Humidity, Wind: From S @ 13 mph; feels like 36°F.
Course: A quick jaunt through the streets and avenues in my neighborhood... up and down up and down and finally home.
Pace: 7:13 min./per mile

A remarkably warm evening and though I went only 2.5 miles, and could (should?) have gone further, I was very pleased with the way my body has responded to the first week of three-in-a-row training runs. For the first time in a while the aches don't ache so much, and those things that do need to be addressed (hello-o-o, Mister Morton's Toe!) are forgettable for the time I'm on the go.

Breathe in, breathe out… YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
