
In the recap below those miles I had planned on running appear in parentheses. You’ll notice that I liberally switched my daily miles, all the while attempting to adhere to the daily/weekly totals (pretty unsuccessfully). The total mileage I had been scheduled to run this week was 28 miles:

I've also noted increases (+x) or decreases (-x) from the previous week)No races coming up in the next week, but I will be visiting my podiatrist's office on Tuesday, a visit which will hopefully bring some relief to the bottom of my right foot. I will be bringing the inner-soles for both by "regular" training shoes, as well as, my trail-runners in an effort of getting an insert attached which will alleviate the Morton's toe discomfort.

Wednesday: (2) R 3.4 miles
Thursday: (4) Recovery Day
Friday: (0) R 5 miles
Saturday: (8) R 9 miles
Sunday: (12) Recovery Day
TOTALS--R 27.5 miles (+17.5 miles from last week)

Though this week is very busy, I'm hoping to stay in the nieghborhood of my planned mileage this week... only time (and the blog) will tell!
