Walk: 3 miles @ 6:30 a.m.

Maybe I should begin an informal rabbit census...?

Weather: Partly Cloudy, 60°F, 83% Humidity, Winds: SW @ 5 mph; feels like 60°F.
Steps: 6011
Time: :51.20
Pace: :17.06 min/mile
Effort: 4 of 5
How did I feel? Good.

Once gain, a little achy today, but taken as a whole, much better than last week at this time. (I'll attribute this morning's discomfort to last evening's indulgence in a glass of wine!)

After visiting the doctor's this past Thursdays and having some blood drawn yesterday for analysis, I'm hoping to begin (at least) doing some walk-run-walk stuff this week, with a goal of comfortably running jogging by the end of July. I have a return trip to the doc's in two weeks to see what the future holds. Though there is little clinical evidence to support its positive impact on arthritis, I'll keep taking the glucosamine-chondroitin (with MSM) as it does seem to help me---of course even if it's benefits are all in my mind I'll stay with it!

As a side note--there sure seems to have been an explosion in the rabbit population in my neighborhood this year. In years past, I might inadvertently come across a small "bunny" very early i the morning, but this summer it's getting difficult not to see one!
