This weekend is the Corn Hill festival here in Rochester, so I thought I'd walk from my home to the Genesee River from which point I could see Corn Hill. Among the many interesting sights was the Civil War monument depicted above. The park in which it is located is about a block from the river path entrance which I followed to my old neighborhood in the South Wedge.
